We know how homes are built here.
Elevated living floors, parking underneath, long exterior stairs and a flood line to respect. Homes along this coast share a set of conditions that shape which lift fits and how it should be installed and maintained.
- Florida building code and local permit requirements
- Coastal weather, salt air and humidity
- Storm preparation and post-storm assessment
