Using this site

The information on this site, including prices, cost ranges and product descriptions, is general guidance and not a quote or an offer. Every project is priced in a written quote after we have seen the home. We may update the site at any time. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or use it for anything unlawful.

Content on this site, including text, images and the cab designer, belongs to Modern Lifts or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Quotes and work

Work we perform is governed by the written proposal or contract you sign with us, which takes priority over anything on this site.

Text messaging (SMS) program

Program. Modern Lifts LLC sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages relate to your quote or service request: confirmations, follow-up to schedule a visit, appointment reminders, technician and job-status updates, and a request for feedback after a completed job.

How you opt in. You can opt in by ticking the text message consent box on a form on this site, or by asking us to text you when you call. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies depending on your request and your service schedule.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Modern Lifts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Florida law that cannot be limited.
